Aaron Enget Chief Operating Officer

Steve Rempelos Chief Marketing Officer Chief Marketing Officer Steve Rempelos joined the PRCA in 2016. He has a bachelor’s degree from North Texas State University and more than 32 years of experience in working with PRCA TV and sponsors.

Joe Shafer Chief Financial Officer Chief Financial Officer Joe Shafer joined the PRCA’s Accounting department in 2007. He is a CPA and has a master’s degree in business administration with 26 years of accounting and finance experience.

Chief Operating Officer and Director of Rodeo Administration Aaron Enget has been a full-time employee of the PRCA since 1996 and has a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University (Fort Collins).

Chris Horton Judging Supervisor of Pro Officials Chris Horton has been in rodeo throu- ghout his life, serving as a judge for more than 20 years. He worked in PRCA rodeo adminis- tration for nine years before transi- tioning to Judging in 2017 .

Julie Jutten Industry Outreach Director of Industry Outreach Julie Jutten oversees youth outreach and the JCCF. She joined the PRCA in 2004 and has a degree in organizational communications.

Vice President of Technology Daniel Martinez joined the PRCA in 2009, bringing more than 15 years of information technology leadership experience after serving 10 years in the U.S. Air Force.

Joining the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in September 2012, Director Kent Sturman brings more than 22 years of rodeo administration, not-for-profit management and media experience to the Hall.

Oversees all media-related activities of the PRCA, including managing as aspects of the PSN. As an avid sports fan, Justin Shaw enjoys the competition in the sport of rodeo and interacting with its athletes.
