Kirk LaPoure Chief Financial Officer

Director of Athlete Development andWelfare Anthony Bartkowski joined the PRCA in 2019 and has an extensive background in marketing and sports development.

Chief Financial Officer Kirk LaPoure joined the PRCA in 2019. He has a master’s of business administration degree from Regis University and brings 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit and commercial sectors.

Chris Horton Judging Supervisor of Pro Officials Chris Horton has been involved in rodeo throughout his life, serving as a judge for more than 20 years. He worked in PRCA Rodeo Admin for nine years before transitioning to Judging in 2017 .

Daniel Martinez Information Technology

Joining the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in September 2012, director Kent Sturman brings more than 22 years of rodeo administration, not-for-profit management and media experience to the Hall.

Vice President of Technology Daniel Martinez joined the PRCA in 2009, bringing more than 15 years of information technology leadership experience after serving 10 years in the U.S. Air Force.
