B1.1.6 No Discrimination. Discrimination against any PRCA Member because of race, color, religion, sex or ethnic origin will not be permitted. B1.1.7 No Gambling. The PRCA opposes any organized gambling in connection with PRCA-approved rodeos. B1.1.8 PRCA Business Section. The PRCA Business Section shall be the official publication of the PRCA. Any rule change, notice, or other information printed in the PRCA Business Section shall be an official communication of the PRCA, and the Members of the PRCAshall be considered notified of these official communications by virtue of their publication in the PRCA Business Section. B1.2.1 Scope of Indemnification. The PRCA shall indemnify any of its directors, officers, employees or volunteers to the fullest extent permissible under the laws of the State of Colorado. The PRCA shall have the right, but shall not be obligated, to indemnify any agent of the PRCA not otherwise covered by this Article to the fullest extent permissible under the laws of the State of Colorado. B1.2.2 Savings Clause; Limitation. If this Section, any provision hereof or any provision of the Colorado Revised Nonprofit Corporations Act dealing with indemnification shall be invalidated by any court on any ground, then the PRCA shall nevertheless indemnify each party otherwise entitled to indemnification hereunder to the fullest extent permitted by law or any applicable provision of this Article that shall not have been invalidated. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Bylaws, the PRCA shall neither indemnify any person nor purchase any insurance in any manner or to any extent that would jeopardize or be inconsistent with the qualification of the PRCA as an organization described in section 501(C) of the Internal Revenue Code.
