B2.5.9.5 Arena Evaluation. An arena evaluation (as outlined below) will be required for all applicants. The contact sheet and arena evaluation (combined) will serve as the applicant’s final review for permanent membership status. Applicant must attend rodeo where a Photographer review member will be working for arena conduct evaluation. Applicant will coordinate with PRCA Media Department and review member to arrange to attend a rodeo where one of the review members will be. Review member can work with the Rodeo Committee to help in the process of attaining the necessary passes and credentials for applicant. Applicant will attend that event (at their own expense) for a designated time period and be observed by the review member as to arena etiquette and general knowledge of the sport. This review will be considered as one of the five required rodeos outlined above (minimum contracts). The review member will fill out a survey form with information regarding the applicant, and return it to the PRCA Media Department to be used in the final evaluation of applicant. This process will be in conjunction with the contact sheet reviews outlined above. B2.5.9.6 Requirements to Become a Full Photographer. Contact sheets for the 5 PRCA rodeos completed by applicant and the survey submitted by the arena evaluation review member will serve as the applicant’s review for a permanent membership card. The [Contract Personnel Executive Council/Media Department/ Photographer Coordinator?] will review the contact sheets and survey and vote on full membership status of the applicant, with a simple majority vote determining if membership is approved or denied. B2.5.10.1Dues and Fees. Annual dues, fees, and insurance premiums shall be the same as for Contestant Card Members. B2.5.10.2Insurance Fee. Each Specialty Act member shall be subject to the insurance fee as set forth in Section B2.5.1.3. B2.5.10.3Application. Applicants for Noncontestant Card Member-Specialty Act status must submit a completed PRCA application to the PRCA. At least two letters of recommendation must accompany the application, a minimum of one letter each from a qualified person in each category specified below: Group 1 (a former): Top five nominee PRCA Dress Specialty Act of the Year or Comedy Special Act of the Year – past ten years.
