If he cannot break the tie, all tied contestants will draw chips to see who advances to finals. QUALIFICATIONS: - 100% 2023 X-bulls standings as of Aug. 28, 2023. No exemptions. If a contestant is placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts (same day as) with the Ellensburg XBulls event, he can be drawn out of the conflicting rodeo as long as he notifies PROCOM by 12:00 noon on Wed., Aug. 30,2023.
