PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE It has been reported to the PRCA by member photographers that ther e have been incidents in which PRCA me mbers may have misused photographs t aken by a PRCA Photographer at a PRCA-s anctioned event without permission of the P RCA Photographer or properly purcha sing the photograph. Such reported misus e of photographs includes, but is not limited to posting to, online websites (in cluding Facebook), providing to sponsor( s) for use, printing of photographs, providing photographs to news m edia, photographing the photograph w ith a cell phone, or any other use without p roper purchase or written permission o f the PRCA Photographer. As a membe r-driven organization, the PRCA encourag es and expects all members to act with f airness and respect regarding their action s and dealings with fellow members.

ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS; COVID-19 UPDATE Rodeos that were canceled will be removed from the business journal. Rodeos that were postponed will be labelled as “postponed” and will re-appear in the Business Journal.

ATTENTION MEMBERS No duplicate award buckles (i.e. NFR go-round) will be made by Montana Silversmiths except under extenuating circumstances, and then a letter will have to be submitted to the Properties Dept. If a request is accepted, the charge for the buckle will be retail. There will be no award buckles made that are not listed in the PRCA/Montana Silversmiths contract. Then again, if an exception is to be made, it will have to be authorized by the Properties Dept.

EDNA TX NPP OCTOBER 15-16 SOUTH TEXAS CLASSIC STEER ROPING ARENA: Brackenridge Main Event ADDRESS: 284 Brackenridge Parkway PERFS: 2 Perfs: October 15-8:00 AM; October 16-9:00 AM EVENTS: SR @ $15000 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: SR-$700 PERMITS: SR GROUND RULES: GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close . SR - 4 go-rounds plus a top 18 progressive round. The first 3 go-rounds will be run at 8 AM on Sat., Oct. 15 following the Breakaway Roping. The 4th go-round and the progressive round will be run at 9 AM on Sun., Oct. 16. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. STOCK CHARGE - $55 per go-round. Contestants who qualify for the progressive round will be charged an additional $55 stock charge. ATTENTION: The top six money winners in the steer roping event from the Bellville, TX, Hempstead, TX, and Edna, TX (combined total money) who enter and who have not already been accepted as entries

among the top 24 who entered the San Angelo Roping Fiesta, based on 2022 PRCA World Steer Roping Standings, will be accepted as entries at the San Angelo Roping Fiesta. if ties result in more than six to advance, the tied contestant with the highest ranking in the 2022 World Standings will advance. Contestants are required to compete at a minimum of 15 PRCA rodeos for the money won at this event to count towards 2023 PRCA World Standings or 2023 Rookie of the Year Standings. Money will count towards circuit standings and this event will be applied towards the contestant’s required circuit participation count. LEGACY STEER ROPING EDNA TX NPP OCTOBER 15-16 SOUTH TEXAS CLASSIC BUSTIN’ & BREAKAWAY - LEGACY ROPING ARENA: Brackenridge Main Event ADDRESS: 284 Brackenridge Parkway PERFS: 2 Perfs: October 15-8:00 AM; October GROUND RULES: Contestants who chose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing or a permit member. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the South Texas Classic Steer Roping Event. To be eligible, the contestant must have not been an NFSR qualifier during the past five years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fee of $400. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the South Texas Classic Steer Roping Event will 16-9:00 AM EVENTS: SR PERMITS: SR
