SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: BB-$100 IF 1/$200 IF 2; SB-$100 IF 1/$200 IF 2 PERMITS: BB SB GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - The “30-hour replacement” policy and the “walk up replacement” policy will be in effect. See Rodeo Entry Information Section of the Business Journal. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as walk-up replacements for this event will be one hour prior to the performance. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Thur., June 8 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information Section of the Business Journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. FORMAT - BB, SB - 30 minimum entries in each event. One go-round. No compensation. No slack. One go-round. May be two go-rounds, back-to back, same performance depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB - 20% top circuit, 80% top money. Circuit positions will be filled first. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn no later than 72 hours prior to the performance. The Event Representative may designate the re-ride animals. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE: Money won at this event in SB will count towards 2023 X-Broncs standings. Money won at this event will count towards qualifications for the 2023 National Finals Rodeo and the 2023 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2023 rodeo year. Money won will not count for circuit standings or All Around standings. This event will not be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count. ALL CONTESTANTS - No parking on the baseball diamond or any grassed area. No cleaning of trailers in the North parking lot. TE - If a timed event animal escapes, or a re-run is given for any other reason during a performance, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. TD, SW, TR - Will be one go-round regardless of the number of entries. QUALIFICATIONS: BB & SB - 48 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. BR - 60 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. TD - 100 minimum entries. SW, TR - 90 minimum entries. TD, SW, TR - The number of animals required will be one half of the number of entries.

FORMAT: SB 40 contestants, one go-round. TURN-OUT/ALTERNATE PROCEDURE - Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry but were drawn out due to qualifications will be added to an alternate list. These contestants will be notified of any turn outs or doctor releases and be given the option of re-entry up to 3 hours prior to rodeo turn-out deadline. If stock has already been drawn, they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock and all re-ride stock for that performance. WALK-UP REPLACEMENTS - Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry but were drawn out may, in person, check with the rodeo secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, by random draw of all walk-ups available, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing. In the rough stock they will draw stock from a pool of animals consisting of all turned out stock for that performance and all re-ride stock for that performance. RE-ENTRIES - Re-entries will be accepted where the actual entries accepted during the original entry period were less than the limit. Entries will be re opened sometime prior to the riding event stock draw. Contestants that enter during the re-entry period will be placed in the remaining available positions (available positions will be defined by the stock contractor and/or committee based on the number of contestants that entered during the re-entry period). All re-entries will be accepted to fill the performances not to exceed the original limit defined in the ground rules (based on “money won” qualifications). *If a contestant notifies a turn-out, DR, or visible release and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. If the contestant that notified the turn-out or visible release is not replaced by an alternate, they will be responsible for the entry fee. If a contestant properly doctor releases they will not be responsible for entry fees. NOTE: Money won at this XBroncs event will count towards 2023 XBroncs Standings. STK.
