The draw will be supervised by the judges. If a contestant is not present to draw his animal, his animal will be drawn by the judges. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must sign a release form at check-in. ALL CONTESTANTS - ALL CONTESTANTS are required to wear PRCA patch while competing. ALL EVENTS – If a contestant notifies a turn-out prior to the “30-hour” deadline for his scheduled competition time, turn-out fines will be waived if and only if he is replaced. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant who qualifies for the finals notifies a turn-out, doctor’s release or visible injury release through PROCOM, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be placed in that available position.
