GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old or a permit member at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Kadoka Buffalo Stampede Event. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NSFR qualifier during the past 3 years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay additional entry fees of $300. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestant’s competition runs at the Kadoka Buffalo Stampede Event will be used to determine the pay off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the three go- rounds and the average after three go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge of PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings,
