LEGACY STEER ROPING LIBERTY HILL TX NPP MAY 13-14 LIBERTY HILL LEGACY STEER ROPING ARENA: Harvest Arena ADDRESS: 8355 Rr 1869 PERFS: 2 Perfs: May 13-10:00 AM; May 14-1:00 PM EVENTS: SR PERMITS: SR GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing or a permit member. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Liberty Hill Fair and Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past three years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay additional entry fees of $400. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestant’s competition runs at the Liberty Hill Fair and Rodeo will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the four go-rounds and the average after four go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge of PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count only towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. (May be two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance, depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. QUALIFICATIONS: - 70% top money - 30% top circuit. No exemptions. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an XBulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the XBulls Event. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re ride(s).
