If there are not 12 qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go- round positions (only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performances). The remaining contestants (not placed in the performance) will run their second go-round in reverse order of their first go-round positions. The order of the draw will be the same as the competition order. The second go-round will begin the slack, immediately following the competition of the first go-round. The top ten SR contestants based on the average after the first two go-rounds will compete during the performance that same night for their third go-round, and the remainder will run their third go-round during slack that same day after all other slack events are completed. If 2 go-rounds the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTIONS FORMULAS DIV 2: - 70% top money, - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2021 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2021 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos or events held during the 2021 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number, must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected based on 2022 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closing). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts with the Xtreme Bulls event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctors releases, he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-
