PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE It has been reported to the PRCA by member photographers that ther e have been incidents in which PRCA me mbers may have misused photographs t aken by a PRCA Photographer at a PRCA-s anctioned event without permission of the P RCA Photographer or properly purcha sing the photograph. Such reported misus e of photographs includes, but is not limited to posting to, online websites (in cluding Facebook), providing to sponsor( s) for use, printing of photographs, providing photographs to news m edia, photographing the photograph w ith a cell phone, or any other use without p roper purchase or written permission o f the PRCA Photographer. As a membe r-driven organization, the PRCA encourag es and expects all members to act with f airness and respect regarding their action s and dealings with fellow members.
ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS; COVID-19 UPDATE Rodeos that were canceled will be removed from the business journal. Rodeos that were postponed will be labelled as “postponed” and will re appear in the Business Journal.

ATTENTION MEMBERS No duplicate award buckles (i.e. NFR go-round) will be made by Montana Silversmiths except under extenuating circumstances, and then a letter will have to be submitted to the Properties Dept. If a request is accepted, the charge for the buckle will be retail. There will be no award buckles made that are not listed in the PRCA/ Montana Silversmiths contract. Then again, if an exception is to be made, it will have to be authorized by the Properties Dept.

ATTENTION CONTRACT PERSONNEL The Special Event Application Process for the NFR, NFSR, NFR Open (formerly RAM NCFR), all circuit finals and Specialty Acts for Year-End awards is now open. The application is part the requirements for Card Holders to be eligible in their applicable categories. Deadline to apply is 5:00 p.m. mtn time, May 1, 2022. Please log into your member self-serve portal to access the application.
ATTENTION CONTESTANTS
Effective for the 2022 Rodeo Season – 2021 Circuit Finals Rodeos and the 2022 NFR Open WILL count toward PRCA World Standings.
ATTENTION CONTESTANTS As of June 1, 2021, all rodeos will be online-entry only.
THE FOLLOWING WILL BE EFFECTIVE FOR THE 2022/2023 SEASON The 2022 individual Circuit Finals Steer Roping events (Badlands, Columbia River, Montana, Mountain States, Prairie, Texas, Turquoise) and the 2022 National Circuit Finals Steer Roping will count toward the 2023 World Standings and qualifications. These events will be Official Entry Rodeos (contestant must designate unofficial). If a contestant has not met the required participation count it will be an automatic unofficial entry rodeo for that contestant and will not count toward 2023 World Standings or qualification rodeos. For any Steer Roping Circuit Finals Rodeo that occurs prior to the 2022 regular season cutoff date, money won at those circuit finals rodeos will count toward the 2022 World Standings and qualifica tions. In 2023, it will count toward the All-Around.
