GROUND RULES: Only actual contestant and one companion allowed gate access. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., June 4 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. ALL CONTESTANTS - Use the entrance at 19 Airport Rd. to access rodeo grounds. COMPETITION FORMAT: 30 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. One go-round with a Top 8 finals. If ties result in more than 8 to advance, a random draw by the judges will determine who advances (will not exceed 8). CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA : 80% top money, 20% top circuit. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the X- Broncs Event. ALL CONTESTANTS - The “30-hour replacement” rule and the “walk-up replacement” policy will be in effect. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ number in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining purse 60% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places, 40% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-rounds, pays 4 places. There will be no average pay-off. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE: Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count towards the X-Broncs Standings. It will count towards qualification for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo and the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos during the 2021 rodeo year. Money won will not count for Circuit Standings or All Around Standings. X-Broncs events are not applied to the required circuit participation count. STK.
