CHECK-IN - The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as a “walk- up replacement” at Xtreme Broncs events is one (1) hour prior to the start of the event. COMPETITION FORMAT : 40 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. One go-round with a top 10 final. If ties result in more than 10 to advance to the finals, a random draw by the judges will determine who advances. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA : 70% top money, 20% top circuit, 10% top first year. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Broncs Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as the X-Broncs Event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ number in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining purse 60% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places, 40% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-rounds, pays 4 places. There will be no average pay-off. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE: Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count towards the X-Broncs Standings. It will count towards qualification for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo and the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will not count for Circuit Standings. X-Broncs events are not applied to the required circuit participation count. Money won at this event will not count towards All Around Standings. STK.
