STALLS - Complimentary horse stalls available for contestants on a first- come, first-serve basis. ALL CONTESTANTS WITH DOGS - Must have current Certificate of Rabies vaccination issued within the last twelve months. Dogs are to be confined to vehicle or trailer area. RE - Back to back same performance if two go rounds B10.2.7. GB - Approved for first slack event in accordance with R4.9.4 . SR - Two go-rounds, plus a top 18 progressive round (plus splits). The first two go-rounds will be run in slack after GB on Thur., Aug. 15. The first ten (10) in the progressive round will be run in slack and the final eight (8) in the progressive will be run during the performance on Aug. 15. $60 stock charge per go-round. Contestants who qualify for the progressive round will be required to pay an additional $60 stock charge. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. TE - If a timed event animal escapes during a performance or a re-run is awarded for any other reason during a performance, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd.
pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the first two go-rounds and the average after two go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping (the progressive round will not be considered). There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK. GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old or a permit member at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Wyoming State Fair & Rodeo. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past three years. Permit members of all ages will be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Wyoming State Fair & Rodeo will be used to determine the
