No exemptions PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. 25% of the remaining amount will be allocated to each of the first two go-rounds. 25% will be allocated to the finals and 25% will be allocated to the average. Each go-round and the average will pay 8 places. The finals will pay 4 places. injury release through PROCOM, the contestant with the next highest ranking in the average may be contacted by PROCOM and be placed in that available position. Non-notified turn-outs and visible injury releases after the turn- out deadline will not be replaced. If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the position the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. The replacement contestant’s competition order will be based on his ranking in the average (not on the ranking of the contestant that he is replacing). In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who has turned-out, the replacement contestant will draw an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that have been notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s). TE - Will be two go-rounds W/F’s (12). TR - Only two loops allowed. TE - There will be three sections of timed event slack. Aug. 11 at 5:00 PM will be 1st go-round of TD. Aug. 12 at 8 AM will be 1st go-round and part of the 2nd go-round of SW. Aug. 12 at 5 PM will be both go-rounds of TR and 2nd go-round of TD.
