No exemptions. FORMAT - One go-round with a top 2 Shoot Out round during the same performance. If ties result in more than 2 to advance, a random draw by the judges will determine which of the tied contestants will advance (will not exceed 2). PAYOFF - 6% will be held out of the total amount to be retained for the PRCA prior to the payout. $2,000 will be held out of the total amount to be paid out for each event for the top 2 Shoot Out Round. The long go-round will pay 4 places. Percentages for paying 4 places will be in accordance with the rulebook. The Shoot Out will pay $2,000 for first place (per man in the TR). If there are no qualified times or scores in the Shoot Out Round, both contestants (or teams) will be paid $1,000 (per man in the TR) and all money paid out for the Shoot Out Round will count towards PRCA World Standings. If ties result in more than one to advance, the tied contestant with the highest ranking in the 2024 X-Bulls Standings will advance to the Finale. Only the first-place winner at this event will reserve a position at the X- Bulls Finale in Pendleton. If the first- place winner is already qualified or chooses not to accept advancement to the X-Bulls Finale due to injury or any other reason, the next highest ranked contestant in the 2024 X-Bulls Standings who enters the Finale will be accepted for that position. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event. GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing or a permit member. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Lewiston Round Up. To be eligible, the contestants must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past 3 years. Permit members of all ages will be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Lewiston Round-up will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the two go- rounds and the average after two go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. (NFSR qualifiers will not be eligible for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals). STK.
