GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANT - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Thurs., Sept. 5 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. FORMAT: 26 minimum entries. No compensation. Four go-rounds. The first two go-rounds will occur on Mon., Sept. 9th and the third and fourth go rounds will occur on Tues., Sept. 10th. QUALIFICATIONS - 100% 2024 X-Bulls Standings. No exemptions. The top 24 who enter based on X-Bulls Standings as of Sept. 3, 2024. The winner of the Albuquerque X-Bulls event and the winner of the Lewiston X-Bulls event will also be accepted for a total of 26 entries. If the winner of the Albuquerque event and/or the Lewiston event are already qualified and among the top 24 who entered based on X-Bulls Standings, the next highest ranked contestant in the X- Bulls Standings who entered will be accepted for that position. If less than 24 contestants enter with money won in the X-Bulls Standings, the remaining positions will be filled based on total 2024 money won. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on X-Bulls Standings or total money won at PRCA rodeos (as of 7 days prior to entry closing) if alternates have no money won in X-Bull standings. (Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications will be selected as alternates). Contestants who wish to be considered as alternates must enter. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than one hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by and alternate, the alternate contestant will also be responsible for the $35 Central Entry office/ supplemental insurance fee. The event will count toward the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. If the contestant that notified the turn-out is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the $35 fee and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non-notified turn-out will be responsible for the $35 fee and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count,. If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. If a contestant turns out of this event after the stock draw and a replacement is not found, he will be charged a $500 turn out fine. HONEST EFFORT - At any Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant. If in the opinion of the Pro Official, the contestant has the opportunity to nod for the bull and does not, the contestant will be disqualified and suspended for the next two Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding events. The determination of the Pro Official will be final. In addition to the disqualification, the fine will progressively double for each reoccurring offense. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re ride(s).

PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. The event champion will be the winner of the Average. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. NOTE - In order for money won at this event to count for the 2024 National Finals Rodeo or the 2024 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2024 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2024 rodeo year. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings, nor will the event be applied to a contestant’s required circuit participation count. EF’S: No EF plus $35 Central Entry Office/Supplemental Insurance Fee ($35 total). STK. CONT.: VARIOUS LEGACY STEER ROPING PENDLETON OR NPP SEPTEMBER 10-12 PENDLETON LEGACY STEER ROPING ARENA: Pendleton Round-Up Arena ADDRESS: 1205 SW Court Avenue SLACK: September 10- 8:30 AM September 12- 9:00 AM EVENTS: SR SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: SR-$200 PERMITS: SR GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing or a permit member. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Pendleton Round Up. To be eligible, the contestants must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past 3 years. Permit members of all ages will be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay an additional entry fees of $200. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the Pendleton Round-up will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the two go- rounds and the average after two go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge or PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping. RIDING EVENT TRADE DEADLINE - Fri., Aug. 30 at 4 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. ALL CONTESTANTS - Will be required to sign liability release before they compete. ALL CONTESTANTS - All contestants must wear back number on their backs and be visible while in arena. TD - A fresh calf will be furnished for each contestant in the first go-round. A fresh calf will also be furnished for each contestant in the finals. All calves will be chute run (not drawn). If an animal escapes, the next animal will be used. (The escaped animal will go back into the herd for next run of the cattle.) R7.3.1 will be waived (calves Will not be ear tagged). TD, SR - Ropers may choose to come from headers side. They must notify office 1 and 1/2 hour before the performance starts. The liners will not move from header side for the TD. SW, TR, SR - If a timed event animal escapes, or a re-run is given for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. TE - Two go-rounds, W/F’s (12). Top 12 in the finals in all PRCA events plus splits not to exceed 15. If splits result in more than 15, ties will be broken by the single fastest time or any one head. Electric eye barrier will be used in all timed events. If electric eye fails, the hand pulled barrier will be used and all times will count as recorded. TR - Only two loops . SR - There will be one animal for every entry plus adequate extras. $60 stock charge per go-round. SCORELINES - TR & SR - 15’; TD - 12’; SW - 10’. SR only - Will have liners on both the left and right side of the score Line. All other Timed events will have liners only on the Left side of the score line QUALIFICATIONS: BB & SB - 56 maximum entries. No compensation. One go-round. W/F’s (12). Top 12 in the finals in all PRCA events plus ties to 15th Place. If ties result in more than 15, the last tie will be excluded. $5,000 held out for finals. No slack. BR - 56 maximum entries. 85% top money, 15% top circuit. No compensation. No slack. W/F’s (12). Top 12 in the finals in all PRCA events plus ties to not to exceed 15. If ties result in more than 15, the last tie will be excluded. $5,000 held out for finals .
