COMPETITION FORMAT - 35 minimum entries. One go-round minimum. Top 2 bullriders from long round compete in shoot-out short round for separate pay-out. QUALIFICATIONS: 70% top money, 15% first year, 15% permits. No exemptions. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. $10,000 will be allocated to the long go-round (and paid off in accordance with the rulebook). $2,000 will be added to the top 2 shoot out. High score in shoot-out round wins $2,000. If neither contestant receives score in shoot-out round, each will receive $1,000. There will be no pay-off for the average. All money paid out in the finals will count toward PRCA World standings, Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and Rookie of the Year standings.
