COMPETITION FORMAT - 80 minimum entries. One go-round. (May be two go- rounds, back-to-back, same performance depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. QUALIFICATIONS: -70% top money -30% top circuit. No exemptions. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-bulls Event. ATTENTION: The first-place winner of this event will automatically be accepted as an entry at the X-Bulls Finale in Pendleton on Sept. 11th and 12th. If ties result in more than one to advance, the tied contestant with the highest ranking in the 2023 X-Bulls Standings will advance to the Finale. Only the first-place winner at this event will reserve a position at the X-Bulls Finale in Pendleton. If the first-place winner is already qualified or chooses not to accept advancement to the X-Bulls Finale due to injury or any other reason, the next highest ranked contestant in the 2023 X-Bulls Standings who enters the Finale will be accepted for that position. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event.
