Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count towards the 2023 rodeo season. Any rodeo ending after this will count toward the 2024 rodeo season. Total money above includes estimated $3,000 committee purse, $4,000 estimated PRCA matching funds $4,000, estimated sponsor funds of $6,533.00, and estimated $3 fund is $500. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available position on Thurs., Sept. 7 between 9 AM and 11 AM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re- entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’S prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. SR - 5 go-rounds, all run on Mon., Sept. 18 at 12 PM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. $60 stock charge per go-round. No horses tied to trailers overnight. No outside shavings allowed on fairgrounds. Any shavings should be received from grounds stall office. All contestants’ trailers must be parked in specific rodeo parking area. All contestants should enter fairgrounds at Gate #3, located on the north side of the fairgrounds, which is 1 block west of 3rd and Grand intersection. Horses that arrive without appropriate paperwork will not be permitted to unload . SR - Three go-rounds held during slack Wed., Sept. 20 at 9 AM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. (The misdraw procedure will not be used). Stock charge $60 per go-round.
