ALL CONTESTANTS - Must sign release of liability with rodeo secretary. ALL EVENTS - Any money won at the San Juan Rodeo shall not count for California Circuit points or as a California Circuit rodeo count towards qualification for the California Circuit Finals Rodeo. PAYOFF - The riding events will pay 8 places and the timed events will pay 10 places in accordance with the PRCA Rule Book. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant turns out of the Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo in 2022 and is not replaced, he will not be allowed to enter it in 2023 (does not include DR’s, Visible Injury Releases, or Official drawouts). BB, SB, BR - The Riding Event representatives will be allowed to screen the stock used at this rodeo. BB, SB, BR - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out through PROCOM (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s). TE - Stock contractor will provide one animal for every contestant plus extras. No stock charge. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a rerun is awarded for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR , TD, SW - 30 minimum entries from 2022 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closing). No compensation. No slack. No exemptions. TR - 30 minimum teams. No compensation. No exemptions. No slack. The top 30 eligible headers based on 2022 money won as a header only and the top 30 eligible heelers based on 2022 money won as a heeler only (as of 7 days prior to entry closing) that enter will be accepted. The 30 headers that qualify must rope with the 30 heelers that qualify. If a contestant’s partner is drawn out due to qualifications, the contestant who qualified will not be allowed to draw out. A replacement partner will be drawn at random from the other contestants whose partners were drawn out due to qualifications. If a header or heeler TO’S, DR’S, VIR’S or DO’S prior to the 30-hour deadline, leaving an incomplete team, the next contestant in the corresponding category (header or heeler) on the alternate list established by PROCOM will be added to the team. If a notification is not made prior to the 30-hour deadline, the remaining partner may select another partner from among any of the PRCA event contestants already entered at the rodeo, except
