Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count towards the 2022 rodeo season. Any rodeo ending after this will count towards the 2023 rodeo season. Each event plus year-end circuit dollars. Total money above includes the committee purse of $5,000, estimated PRCA matching funds of $3,000, estimated sponsor dollar amount of $11,623.50, estimated $3 amount of TBD. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Tue., Sept. 27 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re- entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run is given for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. ALL EVENTS - Will pay four places in go-rounds and average. ALL EVENTS - Three go-rounds. QUALIFICATIONS: Top 12. COMPLETE CIRCUIT FINALS GROUND RULES can be found under member services online. All contestants are required to attend back number party on Thursday, October 13th to be held at the arena concessions area. Failure to attend will require contestant to purchase contestant jacket. event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected based on 2022 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event that conflicts with the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out(includes TO’s, DR’s, & VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE - In order for money won in the Xtreme Bulls competition to count for the 2023 National Finals Rodeo or the 2023 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2023 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) rodeos. Money won will count for 2023 PRCA World standings and 2023 Xtreme Bulls standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings, nor will the event be applied to a contestant’s required participation count.
