that same performance. If the first and/or second place contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of a coin will determine who advances). If there are 8 or less entries per performance at the time that the entries close, the committee has the option to cancel the event or have two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance. PAY-OFF: The long go-round will be paid off per the rulebook. $1,000 per performance will be held out of the total purse for the bonus round(s). Winner takes all in the bonus round(s). If there are no qualified rides in an event in the bonus round, $500 (of the $1,000) will be added back to the pay- off for the long go-round, and $500 will be split between the two qualifiers for the bonus round. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. Any animal turned-out in a performance will automatically become the first re-ride prior to using the designated re-rides. If more than one animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round. In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo or the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2021 rodeo season. Money won at this event will not count for All Around Standings, circuit standings, or towards a circuit rodeo participation count.

(20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2020 rodeo year. No medical exemptions will be accepted for events whose entries close on or after July 15th. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2021 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). A contestant who is placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same days as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will not be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rule book. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal form a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. FINALS STOCK - The order of the bulls to be used in the finals of an Xbulls Event will be randomly drawn by the judges and listed in order on the judges sheets prior to the first go-round of competition. The contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designated to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. HONEST EFFORT - At any Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant. If in the opinion of the Pro Official, the contestant has the opportunity to nod for the bull and does not, the contestant will be disqualified and suspended for the next two Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Events. The determination of the Pro Official will be final. In addition to the disqualification, the fine will progressively double for each reoccurring offense. RE-RIDES - All replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (including DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places, 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-round, pays 6 places, 50% of the total purse will be allocated

W/F’s (12) . SR - Two go-rounds held during slack at Stoltman Arena, 1730 Badger Pocket Road, Ellensburg, WA on Aug. 31 at 3 PM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. (The misdraw procedure will not be used.) $45 stock charge per go-round. TE - If a timed event animal escapes (or a re-run is given for any other reason) during a performance the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. TR - Only two loops allowed. TD, SW, TR - The first go-round will be run during slack on Thurs., Sept. 2. The second go-round will begin during slack on Fri., Sept. 3 and will conclude with 30 contestants competing during the first 3 performances (10 per perf.). TR - Score may be 6 inches over the length of the box with event representative approval. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB - 50 minimum entries. No compensation. W/F’s (12) $5,000 held out for finals. No slack. BR - 60 minimum entries. No compensation. W/F’s (12) $5000 held out for finals. No slack. There may be two sections (one at the beginning and one at the end of each performance).
