Change B10.10.2 Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Prior to the First Performance. A Rodeo Committee agrees that, upon application for the PRCA approval, if the rodeo is canceled by that Rodeo Committee (for reasons other than natural disasters, government declarations or government regulations or Force Majeure or any matter beyond the control of the Rodeo Committee) less than 30 days prior to the date of the first performance, said Rodeo Committee will may be required to pay to the PRCA National Office a sum equal to the purse money. Rodeo Committee to notify PRCA Office immediately of cancellation. If Rodeo is cancelled for reasons other than stated above, Rodeo Committee may be responsible for office and administrative expenses associated with cancelation. ENTRY FEE INCREASE $10 per card hold drawn out. No entry fee increase. All permits will be accepted first. If the number of permit entries exceed the limit, a random draw will determine which entries will be accepted. If there are remaining available positions after all permits are accepted, a random draw of all circuit entries will fill the remaining positions. If there are still remaining available positions, a random draw of all other entries will fill the remaining positions. At one performance rodeos, all circuit permits will be accepted first. If there are still remaining available positions, a random draw from all permits entered will fill any remaining available positions. If there are still positions avail able a random draw from all circuit entries will fill the available positions. And finally, if there are still remaining available positions, a random draw of all other entries will fill any remaining positions. ADDED MONEY $2,501 $2,001 to $5,000 QUALIFICATIONS
