that qualify. If a contestant’s partner is drawn out due to qualification, the contestant who qualified will not be allowed to draw out. A replacement partner will be drawn at random from the other contestants whose partners were drawn out due to qualifications. If an incomplete team, that next contestant in the corresponding category (header or heeler) on the alternate list will be added to the team. If a notification is not made prior to the 30- hour deadline, the remaining partner may select another partner from among any of the PRCA event contestants already entered at the rodeo, except those schedule to compete in the team roping. RIDING EVENTS - If there are no qualified times in the Shoot Out round, pay-off will be based on scores from the long round. TIMED EVENTS - If there are no qualified times in Shoot Out round, pay- off will be based on times from the long round. PAY-OFF FOR THE FINALS - 1st place - $10,000; 2nd place $3,000; 3rd place $2,000 (per man in the TR) based on highest scores or fastest times in the Shoot Out round. If there are not 3 qualified scores or times in the Shoot Out round, the remaining placings will be based on highest scores or fastest times in the long go-rounds. Total of $15,000. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2019 money won, as of 7 days prior to entry closing. Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the perf to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The pay-off will be determined on the highest marked scores.
