on 2018 PRCA World Standings. The alternate will compete on the animal that is drawn for the contestant that he is replacing. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. ALL EVENTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Tues., March 24 between 9 AM and 12 PM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 12 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. (See R1.2.15, R1.2.15.1, and R1.2.15.2). One go-round with the first and second place contestants each performance advancing to a bonus round during that same performance. If the first and/or second place contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance, (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of the a coin will determine who advances). If there are 8 or less entries per performance at the time that the enters close, the committee has the option to cancel the event or have two go-rounds, back to back, same performance. PAY-OFF: The long go-round will be paid off per the rulebook. $1,000 per performance will be held out of the total purse for the bonus round(s). Winner takes all in the bonus round(s). If there are not qualified rides in an event in the bonus round, $500 (of the $1,000) will be added back to the pay-off for the long go-round, and $500 will be split between the two qualifiers for the bonus round. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. Any animal turned-out in a performance will automatically become the first re-ride prior to sing the designated re-rides. If more than one animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round. In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos during the 2020 rodeo season. Money won at this event will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings, or toward a circuit rodeo participation count. STK. CONT.: THREE HILLS RODEO

must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2019 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2019 money won. (Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. FINALS STOCK - The order of the bulls to be used in the finals will be designated by the event representative and listed in order on the judges sheets prior to the first go-round of competition. The contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designated to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The

Money won by any contestant in the finals will count toward PRCA World standing (provided the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos). Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and Rookie of the Year standings. Money won by a drawn back contestant in the finals will not count toward All Around standings, circuit standings, or toward a circuit rodeo count. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2020 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count.
