If he cannot break the tie, random draw will determine who advances. May be two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance depending on the number of entries. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run is awarded for any other reason, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. FORMAT: One go-round with a top 4 shoot-out round. CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of the event. ALL CONTESTANTS - If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. RE-RIDES: After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re ride(s). PAY-OFF: BB, SB, BR : 6% of the total purse will be deducted prior to the pay-off. $5,000 will be held out for the shoot-out round. There will be no payoff for the average. The shoot-out round will pay two places, $3,000 for first place, and $2,000 for second place, based on highest scores in the shoot-out round. If there are not 2 qualified scores in the shoot-out round, the remaining place(s) will be paid based on the highest scores in the first go-round. Only money paid out to a contestant without a qualified score in either go-round will be considered ground money. All other money paid out will count for PRCA World Standings. NOTE - In order for money won in this competition to count for the 2025 National Finals Rodeo or the 2025 Rookie of the Year standings, during the 2025 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. In all events money won will not count for All Around standings.
