contestants are already qualified among the top 49 from 2024 money won, the tied contestant with the highest ranking based on 2024 money won will be accepted. If there is a tie in the Team Roping for first place at one of the seven qualifying rodeos, the highest ranked header and the highest ranked heeler based on 2024 money won will be accepted. BB, SB - Contestants will not be disqualified for failing to spur-out a horse. BR - No sharp spurs. Judges will inspect spurs prior to the first go- round of each bracket. BB, SB, BR - Any contestant awarded a re-ride option and whose equipment is broken must immediately repair and/or find replacement equipment. RE - Riding event stock will be drawn after the trade deadline the night before the respective bracket. All trades must be confirmed prior to the stock draw for the first go-round of each bracket. RE - Two re-rides will be available (and on site) for each round for each of the riding events. In addition, two more re-rides will be designated to be used “only if needed”, in the case that one or more of the two originally designated re-rides are used to replace a sick or injured animal that was drawn by a contestant. If in the event that more re-rides are awarded than there are re-ride animals available, additional re- rides will be drawn from animals in the re-ride pool. RE - Riding event pens and re-ride orders to be set by FWSSR producer. Rodeo producer will consult with RE representatives when selecting RE stock. TE - Stock contractor to provide one animal for every entry, plus adequate extras. SW - The steer must fall, clean when the throw is attempted. If a clean fall is not achieved, and the motion stops, the steer must be allowed to regain his feet before being thrown. If the steer is not allowed to regain his feet when instructed by the judge, the contestant will be disqualified. TE - If a timed event animal escapes (or a re-run is due for any reason), the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. TD - There will be a disqualification for a jerk down as long as all criteria are in compliance with the jerk down policy. BB, SB, BR - If an individual is taking advantage of the contestants in that event and/or the livestock and/or the rodeo production and/or not cooperating with the chute boss’s and judges’ instructions resulting in an attempt to cheat or influence the results of the event, to include but not limited to causing an animal to act up or be unruly in the chute in order to receive a re1ide, that individual will be disqualified by the judges from that round and for subsequent offenses will be disqualified by the judges from that event for the remainder of the rodeo. For contestants, the definition of “ready when called” shall be: BB: The contestant must be over the horse with his hand in the rigging when the previous horse leaves the arena. If the contestant is first to compete, this would be when the flag horse leaves the arena or as instructed by the chute boss and/or judges. If a contestant has a fair opportunity to compete and does not call for his competition animal, delaying the production of the rodeo, the same ruling will apply. SB: The contestant must have the horse cinched (front & rear) with the rein measured, and be in the chute, mounting the horse when the previous horse leaves the arena. If the contestant is first to compete, this would be when the flag horse leaves the arena or as instructed by the chute boss and/or judges. If a contestant has a fair opportunity to compete and does not call for his competition animal, delaying the production of the rodeo, the same ruling will apply. BR: The contestant must be pulling the rope when the previous bull leaves the arena. If the contestant is

first to compete, this would be when the flag horse leaves the arena or as instructed by the chute boss and/or judges. If a contestant has a fair opportunity to compete and does not call for his competition animal, delaying the production of the rodeo, the same ruling will apply. A contestant not ready when called during a performance or section of slack will be fined $250 for the first offense; $500 for the second offense; and $1,000 for the third and subsequent offenses, and/or may be disqualified from the rodeo. TE - If in the opinion of the chute boss and/or the judges, if a contestant is not “ready when called” the contestant will be subject to a penalty. By definition, “ready when called” shall mean that the contestant must be riding into the box when the previous animal leaves the arena. If a contestant is the first contestant in team roping and tie-down roping, they shall be riding into the box, and in steer wrestling, riding into the arena when the flag (sponsor) horse leaves the arena or as instructed by the chute boss and/or judges. Contestants must take their stock within 45 seconds of receiving the “all clear” from the designated judge. If the contestant exceeds the time limit, except in case of mechanical failure or a problem with the competition animal in the timed event chute in the opinion of the judges. For every 20 seconds over the 45-second limit, the fine will be progressively doubled. If a contestant exceeds two minutes in the box it will result in disqualification from the round. A contestant not ready when called during a performance or section of slack will be fined $250 for the first offense; $500 for the second offense; and $1000 for the third and subsequent offenses, and/or may be disqualified from the rodeo. ALL EVENTS - If a re-ride or re-run is awarded for any reason, it may take place before the next event. ALL EVENTS - Once the run or ride has been completed, contestants must promptly exit the arena. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must compete in all brackets and rounds in order to advance to the wild card, semi-finals and/or finals ( does not include DR’s or VIR’s or 2nd go-round replacements). FORMAT - All events. 18 total performances - 7 brackets of eight (8) contestants or teams competing in 2 rounds back-to-back each will account for the first 14 performances, 1 Wild Card Round for performance 15, 2 Semi-Finals for performances 16 and 17 and 1 Finals Round for performance 18. The top 2 money winners (14 total) in each bracket will advance to compete in one of the semi-finals performances (8 contestants or teams per performance). The third top money winner (7 total) in each bracket will advance to the Wild Card Round which will also consist of one round. The remaining non-qualifiers from each bracket that did not advance will be placed into a pool of non-qualifiers. At the conclusion of bracket 7, the top money winner from the pool of non-qualifiers will advance to the Wild Card Round to fill the number 8 position in that round. The top two money winners from the Wild Card Round will advance to one of the semi-finals performances. No previous times or scores will be carried forward. The qualifiers for the two semi-finals performances will be seeded as follows: Semi Finals number one (performance 16): #1 money winners including ground money from brackets 1, 3, 5, 7 and the #2 money winners from brackets 2, 4, 6 and the Wild Card round. Semi-Finals number two (performance 17): #1 money winners including ground money from brackets 2, 4, 6 and the Wild Card round, and the #2 money winners from 1, 3, 5, and 7. The actual competition order will be drawn randomly. Qualifying contestants or teams will have until 30 minutes following the end of the 7th bracket to trade. Wild Card qualifiers will have

30 minutes after that performance to trade. No previous times or scores will be carried forward. From the semi-finals, the top 4 contestants or teams per performance based on fastest times and highest scores will advance to the finals (8 total). the finals (performance 18) will consist of 8 contestants or teams. The event champion will be determined by the highest score or fastest time in the finals. No previous times or scores will be carried forward. TIES - For advancement purposes only. If there is a tie in the bracket, Wild Card, or Semi-Finals, it will be broken by any single fastest time or highest score in any round in the bracket. If still tied, the tie will be broken by any round winner in the bracket. If still tied, the tie will be broken based on the highest amount of money earned in the previous year’s PRCA World Standings. If there is a tie in the Finals for event champion, co-champions will be awarded. Ties for pay-out will be treated as such and split evenly among the tied contestants or teams in all brackets and rounds. REPLACEMENTS: ALL EVENTS - If a contestant who is entered in any of the brackets turns-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) through PROCOM prior to, during or after their first competition performance, the position will be filled with the next qualified alternate.** All non-notified turnouts will be replaced with the next available contestant.** If a contestant who advances to the Wild Card turns out (includes DR’s and VIR’s), the contestant that has the next highest earnings at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo in that respective bracket will be placed in the available position in the Wild Card (drop down until filled). If the contestant who qualified for the Wild Card round in the 8th position, based on being the top money winner from the pool of non-qualifiers, turns-out, the contestant who is the next highest ranked in that category will be accepted. If a contestant who has qualified for the semi-finals turns- out (includes DR’s and VIR’s), the contestant with the next highest score or fastest time from the Wild Card will advance to semi-finals (drop down until filled). If a contestant who advances from the semi-finals to the finals turns-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s), the contestant that has the next fastest time or highest score in the semi-finals will be placed in the available position in the finals (drop down until filled). ALL EVENTS - If not enough contestants or teams record a qualifying time or score to fill the available positions from the brackets to the Wild Card round and/or Semi-Finals round, the available positions will be filled using the following criteria: most money won in the brackets, if still unable to fill, fastest time or highest score in the brackets, if still unable to fill, the available positions will be filled based on the highest amount of money earned in the previous year’s PRCA World Standings. If not enough contestants or teams record a qualifying time or score to fill the available positions from the Wild Card round to the Semi-Finals round, contestants or teams from the Wild Card round will advance based on the following criteria: most money won in the brackets if still unable to fill, fastest time or highest score in the brackets, if still unable to fill, the available positions will be filled based on the highest amount of money earned in the previous year’s PRCA World Standings. If not enough contestants or teams record a qualified time or score to fill the available positions from the Semi-Finals round to the Final round, contestants or teams from the Semi-Finals round will advance based on the following criteria: next qualified time or score in any performance of the Semi-Finals, if unable to fill, the contestant in the Semi-Finals with the most money won in the brackets, if still unable to fill, the
