(Non-notified turn-outs and visible injury releases after the turn-out deadline will not be replaced). If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the position, the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted by PROCOM and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. The replacement contestant’s competition order will be based on his time, not on the competition order of the contestant that he is replacing. In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who turned out, the replacement contestant will be drawn an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that have been turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s). ALL CONTESTANTS - Rodeo Committee may require additional rules, including health screenings of all contestants as a condition of entering the Tucson Rodeo Grounds in order to comply with state or local health regulations which may be in force during the dates of performances and slack. SLACK ORDER - Order of events for both sections of slack will be GB, TD, TR & SW. Order of timed events during the performances will be SW, TR, TD. SCORELINES - SW - 18’6”; TD - 20’; TR - 22’. GB - Approved for first slack event in accordance with R4.9.4. TR - Only two loops allowed. TE - If a timed event animal escapes during a performance or a re-run is awarded for any other reason during a performance, the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd.
