Executive Council Nominations and Elections Nomination ballots for the Executive Council positions were emailed November 15, 2023, and will be due Monday, January 1, 2024 by 5pm MST. Incumbents have the opportunity to remain on the ballot, provided all applicable qualifications are met. Nominees must receive a minimum of five nominations to be considered for the final election ballot. Final election ballots will be mailed by February 25, 2024 and are due by March 25, 2024. The Executive Council positions and their incumbents are as follows: • Committee Representative for rodeos with added money of $50,000.01 and above – James Miller • Committee Representative for rodeos with added money of less than or equal to $10,000 – Steve Gander • Committee Representative At Large – David Petty
