Executive Council Nominations and Elections Nomination ballots for the Executive Council positions will be emailed November 15, 2022, and will be due Sunday, January 1, 2023 by 5pm MST. Incumbents have the opportunity to remain on the ballot, provided all applicable qualifications are met. Nominees must receive a minimum of five nominations to be considered for the final election ballot. Final election ballots will be mailed by February 25, 2023 and are due by March 25, 2023 . The Executive Council positions and their incumbents are as follows: • Committee Representative for rodeos with added money of $10,000.01-$20,000 – Bryant Nelson • Committee Representative for rodeos with added money of $20,000.01-$50,000 – Larry McConnell • Contract Personnel, Specialty Acts/Laborers/Photographers – Josh Edwards • Contract Personnel, Secretary/Timers – Sunni Deb Backstrom • Contract Personnel, At Large – Mike Mathis

ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Fri., Dec. 2 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re- entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - All contestants are to sign liability waiver before competition. ALL EVENTS - Pay four places in the go- rounds and average. ALL CONTESTANTS - Must wear back numbers while competing. QUALIFICATIONS: Top 12. COMPLETE CIRCUIT FINALS GROUND RULES can be found online under Member Services. TD - There will be a disqualification for a jerk down as long as all criteria are in compliance with the jerk down policy. TE - If a timed event animal escapes or a re-run
