The 2021 Texas Circuit cut-off date will be September 30, 2021. Any rodeo ending on or before this date will count toward the 2021 season. Any rodeo ending after this will count towards the 2022 rodeo season. Total money above is committee purse of $3,500, estimated PRCA matching funds of $3,000, estimated sponsor dollar amount of $11,001, estimated circuit dollar of $4,249. Total money above for SR includes minimum committee purse of $3,500 estimated PRCA matching funds of $3,000, estimated sponsor dollar amount of $7,777, estimated circuit dollar amount of $1,000. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Thurs., Dec. 16 between 9 AM and 12 PM. Re-entries will be accepted if the number of entries for an event at the original entry closing time is less than limit defined in the ground rules. If more contestants enter during the “re-entry” period than there are positions available, the contestants accepted will be based on the qualification procedures defined in the Circuit Finals ground rules. Under no circumstances will a contestant who entered during the re-entry period be able to displace a contestant who entered during the original entry period. If a contestant TO’s or DR’s prior to the “re-entry” period, that position may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - Contestants enter through Gate 10 on Lake Air Drive to park. Contestants will check-in with secretary at the Extraco Events Center to pay fees and pick-up packets (back numbers, jackets, meeting schedules, etc.) between 4 and 5:30 PM on Thurs., Dec. 30. Back numbers must be worn while in arena. (R11.2.2) MANDATORY CONTESTANT MEETING - Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 5:30 PM. STALLS - TD, TR will receive one free stall; SW

may be filled during the “re-entry” period. ALL CONTESTANTS - All contestants and companions to sign liability waiver before competition. ALL EVENTS - Pay four places in the go- rounds and average. TD - There will be a disqualification for a jerk down as long as all criteria are in compliance with the jerk down policy.
