will advance based on the following criteria: most money won in the brackets if still unable to fill, fastest time or highest score in the brackets, if still unable to fill, the available positions will be filled based on the highest amount of money earned in the previous year’s PRCA World Standings. If not enough contestants or teams record a qualified time or score to fill the available positions from the Semi-Finals round to the Final round, contestants or teams from the Semi-Finals round will advance based on the following criteria: next qualified time or score in any performance of the Semi-Finals, if unable to fill, the contestant in the Semi-Finals with the most money won in the brackets, if still unable to fill, the contestant in the Semi-Finals with the fastest time or highest score in the brackets, if still unable to fill, the available positions will be filled based on the contestant in the Semi-Finals with the highest amount of money earned in the previous year’s PRCA World Standings. For purposes of selecting a champion, if no contestants or teams record a qualified time or score in any one event during the finals, the champion contestant or team will be determined by the most money won during the entire Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. TIES - For advancement purposes only. If there is a tie in the bracket, it will be broken by any single fastest time or highest score in any round in the bracket. If still tied, the tie will be broken by any round winner in the bracket. If still tied, the tie will be broken based on the highest amount of money earned in the previous year’s PRCA World Standings. If there is a tie in the Wild Card round or Semi-Finals round, it will be broken by the single fastest time or highest score in any round in the bracket. If there is a tie in the Finals for event champion, co-champions will be awarded. Pay-off for each round within the brackets: 1st - $1,760 (per man in TR), 2nd - $1,320 (per man in TR), 3rd - $880(per man in TR), 4th $440 (per man in TR). Pay-off for the 15th performance (Wild Card round): 1st - $1,000 (per man in TR), 2nd - $600 (per man in TR), 3rd $400 (per man in TR). Pay-off for the 16th and 17th performances (Semi-Finals rounds): 1st - $4,000 (per man in TR), 2nd - $3,000 (per man in TR), 3rd - $2,000 (per man in TR), 4th - $1,000 (per man in TR). Pay-off for the 18th performance (Finals round): 1st - $20,000 (per man in TR), 2nd $12,000 (per man in TR), 3rd - $8,000 (per man in TR), 4th - $4,000 (per man in TR). ALL EVENTS - for the first 17 performances, if not enough contestants or teams qualify for the number of places to be paid in an event, the remaining places shall be divided evenly among those contestants or teams who did qualify (have a score or time), and that money will be considered ground money and will not be posted as Championship Points and will not count towards qualifying for the National Finals Rodeo (except in the bull riding). In the finals, if there are not four qualified rides or times, the remaining placings will be paid out on the highest scores or fastest times in the Semi-Finals and all money paid out will count for championship points. ALL EVENTS - Any money won shall not count for Texas circuit points or as a Texas circuit round count towards qualification for the Texas Circuit Finals Rodeo. ALL EVENTS - Money will be divided equally in case of splits and any odd pennies will be dropped. ALL EVENTS - If a re-ride or re-run is awarded for

any reason, it may take place before the next event. TE - Stock contractor to provide one animal for every entry, plus adequate extras. If a timed event animal escapes (or a re-run is due for any reason), the extra will be used. Only escaped animals go back into the herd. ALL CONTESTANTS - No entry, including contestants with back numbers, will be granted into the Rodeo arena beginning 1 hour prior to each round, no exceptions. All stock inspections must be performed in the arena pen area or timed event staging area. Contestant back numbers must be visible at all times to gain entry into the bucking chutes, timed event staging areas, arena alleys/ staging area, rodeo arena and the Dickies Arena floor level. If the contestant is wearing a jacket or vest, the contestant back number must be pinned on the out of the jacket or vest, or the jacket or vest must be removed. ALL EVENTS - Once the run or ride has been completed, contestants must promptly exit the arena. ALL EVENTS - All 8 contestants or teams in each round will be compensated $100 per round for use of their likeness and to be available for potential interviews, photo opportunities and appearances on the date of the performances in Dickies Arena during the FWSSR (limited to the confines of Dickies Arena). The top 4 contestants or teams in every round agree to be available for all presentations, media interviews and a minimum 30-minute autograph signing session immediately following their event. ALL EVENTS - Each contestant must complete a W-9 and submit the completed form to FWSSR officials prior to the contestant’s first competition. FWSSR officials will not authorize payment of prize money to any contestant who does not have a valid W-9 on file with the FWSSR. STK. ARENA: The Monument ADDRESS: 444 Mt Rushmore Road PERFS: 1 Perf: January 28- 7:30 PM EVENTS: BR @ $10000 PERMITS: None GROUND RULES: Only actual contestants and one companion allowed gate access. ALL CONTESTANTS: Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Mon, Jan. 24 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. One go-around. May be two go-rounds, back-to-back, same performance, depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds the number of contestants accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. IN ORDER OF SELECTION - 70% top money - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM - Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2021 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2021 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2021 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA Nation Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at the X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event. CHECK-IN - Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2021 money won. (Only contestants who were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is place in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check-in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out or a VIR and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not
