Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings, nor will the event be applied to a contestant’s required participation count. Contestants will have access to one rodeo ticket for the rounds in which they are competing. Companion passes are not allowed to enter Dickies Arena without a ticket. PRCA members not entered in the rodeo will not be permitted to enter Dickies Arena with a PRCA card. ALL EVENTS - The “30-hour replacement” rule will be in effect in conjunction with ground rule for replacements inside of 30 hours. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. ALL EVENTS - The “walk-up replacement” policy will be in effect. See Rodeo Entry Information section of the business journal. ALL EVENTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Thur., Dec. 29 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. TRADE DEADLINE - Trades can be made up to 5:00 PM CST the evening prior to round 1 of each bracket in which the contestant is scheduled to compete. ALL EVENTS - There will be an extended grace period for those contestants who are entered and meet qualifications to change preferences Thur., Dec. 22 between 9 AM and 4 PM. ALL CONTESTANTS - All contestants must sign a release of liability and other forms provided by the Rodeo Secretary before competing. If a contestant chooses not to compete for a “non-injury” related reason, that contestant will be ineligible to compete in any FWSSR event for the remainder of the current year, plus the following year. In the event of a turn-out in Round 1 of each bracket, the next ranking contestant on the alternate list will be used as a replacement. ALL CONTESTANTS - All contestants must wear the back number provided by the FWSSR Rodeo Secretary which must be visible at all times upon entrance to Dickies Arena to gain entry to Dickies Arena floor, including locker rooms, rodeo arena

floor, stalling area, secretary’s office, rodeo hospitality and all rodeo related locations within Dickie Arena, whether competing or not. For security reasons, contestants will likely be asked for identification. If the contestant is wearing a jacket or vest, the back number must be pinned to the outside of the jacket or vest. ALL CONTESTANTS - Enter the grounds via Gate 44 at Harley Avenue and Trail Drive - 3350 Trail Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76107. FWSSR staff will provide further directions on parking at this point. Unload horses and tack in stalls provided. Trailers must be moved immediately to the designated contestant parking lot. Contestant parking lot is secured 24 hours a day. Any trailer unhooked from vehicle that is not within the designated contestant parking lot will be towed at owner’s expense. Vehicles will park in designated contestant parking lot. Overnight camping on show ground will only be allowed in the designated contestant parking lot. RV hookups will be available at no charge in contestant parking lot, Gate 52, for a maximum period of 24 hours around the contestant’s scheduled performance(s). Contestants will be allowed into the contestant parking lot on a first come, first served basis - no reservations accepted. ALL EVENTS - Hazers, pushers, rope pullers, saddle/rigging cinchers and contestant assistants not entered will obtain credentials from the rodeo secretary’s office. To obtain credentials, the individual(s) must be a member of the PRCA with PRCA insurance dues paid for the current year. Individuals without the proper credentials will not be permitted onto the floor level of Dickies Arena, into the rodeo arena, behind the bucking chutes, behind the timed event boxes or in any support alleys or facilities. ALL CONTESTANTS WITH HORSES - Must have Certificate of Veterinary Inspection issued within thirty (30) days and negative Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) test, also known as a “Coggins” test, within the past twelve (12) months. Proof of Coggins test must be presented in either the original document or copy of the original document that has been approved by the Texas Animal Health Commission. Test date, accession number and name of laboratory must be listed on the Certificate of Veterinary Inspection. Exemption: Equine may enter shows, fairs, exhibitions or assemblies without a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection when accompanied by a valid equine interstate passport or equine identification card and a completed VA form 10-11 showing negative results to an official EIA test within the previous six (6) months. STALLS - Contestants shall stall their horses in Dickies Arena stalling area set aside for rodeo contestants. If demand of stalls exceeds supply of stalls in Dickies Arena, contestants will be directed to the Horse Show Office where, upon availability, they will be assigned a stall(s) for their use. Stalls will be available at no charge for a maximum period of 24 hours around the contestant’s performance(s). Horses must be stalled in assigned stalls. Horses are not to be stalled or tied to livestock pens or warmup arena panels. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR , TD & SW - 56 minimum entries. No compensation. No exemptions. No slack. E/F’s $250. The top 49 from 2022 money won that enter will be accepted. The champion contestants from these 7 PRCA rodeos in 2022 that enter will be accepted (drop down until filled): Parker County Sheriff’s Posse Frontier Days and PRCA Rodeo in Weatherford; Gladewater Round- Up Rodeo; Wichita Falls PRCA Rodeo; Mineral Wells Rodeo; Johnson County Sheriff’s Posse Rodeo in Cleburne; Ellis County Fair and Rodeo in Waxahachie; North Texas State Fair and Rodeo in Denton. If a contestant qualifies in both categories (2022 money won and champion

the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out (or VIR) and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees, nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count toward the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. FINALS STOCK - The order of the bulls to be used in the finals of an Xbulls Event will be randomly drawn by the judges and listed in order on the judges’ sheets prior to the first go-round of competition. The contestant with the lowest score will be listed first and the contestant with the highest score will be listed last with an animal already designated to that position. The order of any ties will be determined by a random draw by the judges. HONEST EFFORT: At any Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Event, a contestant must make an honest effort to compete on the stock drawn for such contestant. If in the opinion of the Pro Official, the contestant has the opportunity to nod for the bull and does not, the contestant will be disqualified and suspended for the next two Division 1 Xtreme Bull Riding Events. The determination of the Pro Official will be final. In addition to the disqualification, the fine will progressively double for each re- occurring offense. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (including DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAYOFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. The payoff will be determined on the highest marked scores - 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round (which includes both performances), pays 8 places. 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go-round, (which includes the finals from both performances), pays 6 places. 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RULEBOOK. In the event that there are not enough qualified rides in the first go-round a random draw back list will be used to select contestants to fill the remaining positions in the finals. Contestants who did not have a qualified score in the first go-round and are drawn back to compete in the finals, will not be eligible to place in the average. Money won by any contestant in the finals will count toward PRCA World standings, Xtreme Bulls Tour standings, and Rookie of the Year standings. Provided the contestant has entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won by a drawn back contestant in the finals will not count toward All Around standings, circuit standings.
