GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. FORMAT - One go-round with a top 3 finals during the same performance. Any ties for the top 3 positions will be broken by random draw by the judges. If there are less than three qualified times or scores in an event, a random draw by the judges will determine who advances to fill the remaining positions in the finals (not to exceed three). QUALIFICATIONS: ALL EVENTS - 10 entries. All from 2023 money won. No exemptions. In the TR, the 10 headers that qualify must rope with the 10 heelers that qualify. If a contestant’s partner is drawn out due to qualification, the contestant who qualified will not be allowed to draw out. A replacement partner will be drawn at random from the other contestants whose partners were drawn out due to qualifications. If a header or heeler T.O.’s or D,R.’s prior to the 30-hour deadline, leaving an incomplete team, the next contestant in the corresponding category (header or heeler) on the alternate list will be added. If a notification is not made prior to the 30-hour deadline, the remaining partner may select another partner from among any of the PRCA event contestants already entered at the rodeo, except those scheduled to compete in the TR. PAY-OFF FOR THE FINALS: $7,500 for first, $3,000 for second, and $2,000 for third. Total of $12,500. If there are not 3 qualified scores or times in the Chute Out Round, the remaining placings will be paid based on highest scores or fastest times from the long go-round. There will be no pay-out for the long go-round. Only money paid out to a contestant without a qualified score or time in either go-round will be considered ground money. All other money paid out will count for PRCA World Standings but will not count for circuit standings. This event will not count towards the required circuit participation count. NOTE: The 6% of the purse that is collected by the PRCA will not be held out of the total purse. It will be paid directly to the PRCA by the San Angelo committee. STK. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB , BR - 60 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. TD, SW, TR - 80 minimum entries (or teams). Two go-rounds, back-to-back, slack to slack, or slack to perf. The first go-round of each back-to-back group will be run during the afternoon slack on the day of the performance. The 12 fastest times from the first go-round will compete during the performance (slowest time will run first, fastest time will run last). If splits result in more than 12, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance (will not exceed 12) and which will compete in slack. The competition order of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not 12 qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled based on
