To receive PRCA approval, all new Rodeo Committees must add at least $ 500250 per required event, per performance, or $ 1,000500 per required event at a one-performance rodeo. (Contract Personnel Executive Council 6/20) Change B10.10.2 Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Prior to the First Performance. A Rodeo Committee agrees that, upon application for the PRCA approval, if the rodeo is canceled by that Rodeo Committee (for reasons other than natural disasters, government declarations or government regulations or Force Majeure or any matter beyond the control of the Rodeo Committee) less than 30 days prior to the date of the first performance, said Rodeo Committee will may be required to pay to the PRCA National Office a sum equal to the purse money. Rodeo Committee to notify PRCA Office immediately of cancellation. If Rodeo is cancelled for reasons other than stated above, Rodeo Committee may be responsible for office and administrative expenses associated with cancelation. (PRCA Staff 1/21)
