SR - 4 go-rounds with finals plus a top 18 progressive. the first 3 go-rounds will be run on Sat., April 18 and the 4th go-round and the progressive will be run on Sun., April 19. $45 stock charge per go-round. Contestants who qualify for the progressive go-round will be charged an additional $45 stock charge. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. The misdraw procedure will not be used. ALL CONTESTANTS - Only the first 3 animals in each go-round will be required to run in drawn order. Electric eye barrier will be used. Contestants may start from either box. Contestants are required to go to a minimum of 15 PRCA rodeos for the money won at this even to count towards 2020 World standings or the 2020 Rookie of the Year standings. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Liberty Hill Event to be eligible, the contestant must be a card member (no permits) and contestants with no money won must have entered and competed in the steer roping event at a minimum of 7 PRCA rodeos (or events) during the 2019 rodeo year and the 2020 rodeo year combined (as of entry closing time) and also exempt will be any NFSR qualifiers. Contestants will pay additional entry fees of $400. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestant’s competition runs at the Liberty Hill Event will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the four go-rounds and the average after four go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping.
