COMPETITION FORMAT : 24 minimum entries in each event. No compensation. No slack. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA : 70% top money, 20% top circuit, 10% top first year. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as this event. CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. ALL NOTE: Money won at this event will count towards qualifications for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo and the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos during the 2020 rodeo year. Money won will not count for circuit standings or All Around standings. This event will not be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count. STK. compete in the slack. The order of competition of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not 10 qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go-round positions (only contestants who competed in first go-round will be placed in the performance). The remaining contestants (not placed in the performance) will run their second go-round in slack, immediately following the completion of the first go-round in reverse order of their first go- round position.
