To access the gate from State Hwy 87, turn West (left if coming from Phoenix, right if coming from Interstate 40) on Aero Drive ( at the Giant Gas Station), drive to end and turn South (left) on McLane road, follow McLane road directly to the rodeo ground’s gate. GROUND RULES: ALL CONTESTANTS - The “30-hour replacement” rule and the “walk-up replacement” policy will be in effect. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. ALL CONTESTANTS - Re-entries will be accepted for available positions on Mon., May 11 between 9 AM and 11 AM. See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. TRADE DEADLINE - Fri., May 8 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT : 24 minimum entries in each event. No compensation. No slack. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA : 70% top money, 20% top circuit, 10% top first year. No exemptions. ALL CONTESTANTS - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event during the same performance as this event. CHECK-IN: The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. PAY-OFF: 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. ALL NOTE: Money won at this event will count towards qualifications for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo and the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of 40 PRCA rodeos during the 2020 rodeo year. Money won will not count for circuit standings or All Around standings. This event will not be applied to the contestants required circuit participation count. STK. CONT.: VARIOUS PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK.
