$2,500 2,000 or less All permits will be accepted first. If the number of permit entries exceed the limit, a random draw will determine which entries will be accepted. If there are remaining available positions after all permits are accepted, a random draw of all circuit entries will fill the remaining positions. If there are still remaining available positions, a random draw of all other entries will fill the remaining positions. At one performance rodeos, all circuit permits will be accepted first. If there are still remaining available positions, a random draw from all permits entered will fill any remaining available positions. If there are still positions avail able a random draw from all circuit entries will fill the available positions. And finally, if there are still remaining available positions, a random draw of all other entries will fill any remaining positions.
