They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the M.M Fisher Jr. Memorial Steer Roping. To be eligible, the contestant must not have been an NFSR qualifier during the past three years. Permit members of all ages will also be eligible to enter. Contestants will pay entry fees of $400. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the M.M Fisher Jr. Memorial Steer Roping will be used to
