The deadline for “walk- up replacement” will be one hour prior to the performance. The alternate list will be based on 2019 PRCA World Standings. The alternate will compete on the animal that is drawn for the contestant that he is replacing. ALL EVENTS: Re-entries will be accepted on Mon., March 16 between 9 AM and 12 PM for any available positions. TRADE DEADLINE : Fri., March 13 at 5 PM. QUALIFICATIONS: BB, SB, BR - 36 minimum entries (12 per performance). No compensation. No slack. (See R1.2.15; R1.2.15.1; and R1.2.15.2 for qualifications. One go-round with the first and second place contestants each performance advancing to a bonus round during that same performance. If the first and/or second place contestant declines advancement to the bonus round, the contestant with the next highest score will advance (if the next highest score is tied, a flip of the coin will determine who advances). If there are 8 or less entries per performance at the time that the entries close, the committee has the option to cancel the event or have two go-rounds, back to back same performance. PAY-OFF: The long go-round will be paid off per the rulebook. $1,000 per performance will be held out of the total purse for the bonus round(s). If there are no qualified rides in the event in the bonus round, $500 (of the $1,000) will be added back to the pay-off for the long go-round, and $500 will be split between the two qualifiers for the bonus round and will be considered ground money. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn 3 hours prior to each performance by the judges. Re-rides and the re-ride order will be designated by the stock contractor. animal is turned-out in a performance, a random draw will determine which animal will be the first re-ride. The bonus round stock will be designated by the stock contractor and no re-rides will be given during the bonus round. In order for money won at this event to count for qualifying for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won at this event will not count for All Arounds Standings, circuit standings, or towards a circuit participation rodeo count. STK. COMPETITION FORMAT: BR - 80 minimum entries. No compensation. No slack. May be two go-rounds back to back, same performance, depending on the number of entries. If two go-rounds, the number of entries excepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULA: BR - 70% top money, 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2019 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2019 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2019 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls event. NOTIFY PROCOM - A contestant will not be accepted as an entry or as an alternate at this event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at this event is 1 hour prior to start of the event. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2019 money won. (Only contestants who were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is placed in a
