due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non-notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. NOTE: In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2020 National Finals Rodeo or the 2020 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2020 season a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos.
