9 AM. Second go-round held Thurs., April 30 at 9 AM. Ten contestants (plus splits) per performance in progressive. TR - Fresh muley cattle will be used, one animal per team plus adequate extras. Hand pulled barrier, 20 ft. score and steers will be chute run (not drawn), if one animal for every team. Only two loops allowed. If steer escapes the chute or arena, extra will be used. Escaped animal will be considered run and will go back into the herd for the next run of cattle. At the end of each go-round, all extras (or sleepers) will have exhibition runs to insure that all animals have the same number of runs to begin the next go-round. TD - Score may be the length of the box with TD representative approval . SR - Four go-rounds. First and second go rounds held during slack Mon., April 27 at 12 PM. Third and fourth go-rounds held during slack Tues., April 28 at 9 AM. Hand pulled barrier will be used. Only the first 3 steers in each go-round will be required to be run in order. Contestant may start from either box. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. (The misdraw procedure will not be used). All SR to be run in slack. $45 stock charge per go-round. (May be two go-rounds, back to back, same performance, depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. IN ORDER OF SELECTION : - 70% top money - 30% top circuit NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2019 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2019 rodeo year. Contestant must not have entered and paid fees at more than twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2019 rodeo year. A letter from a licensed physician on doctor’s letterhead bearing the doctor’s name, address and phone number must be received by the PRCA National Office prior to entry opening. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2020 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the
