The times that are recorded for the contestants’ competition runs at the M.M Fisher Jr. Memorial Steer Roping will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the four go- rounds and the average after four go- rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping.
