TRADE DEADLINE - Fri., Feb. 28 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties

event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: Alternates will be selected from a list established by PROCOM based on 2018 money won. (Only contestants who were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). A contestant who is placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out (or a VIR) and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out (or VIR) is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non-notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if they are replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s & VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s).
