See Rodeo Entry Information page of the business journal. TRADE DEADLINE - Wed., April 15 at 5 PM. All confirmed trades will be final and will be processed immediately after both involved parties have confirmed through PROCOM. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 80 minimum entries. (May be two go-rounds depending on the number of entries. If two go- rounds, back to back same performance). If two go-rounds, number of entries accepted during the re-entry period will not exceed one half the original limit. IN ORDER OF SELECTION : - 70% top money, - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2019 rodeo year, unless the contestant qualifies for a medical exemption. Contestants claiming medical exemptions must have been injured at least six (6) months during the 2019 rodeo year. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X-Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES: PROCOM will establish an alternate list, based on 2019 money won as of 7 days prior to entry closing. (Only contestants drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X- Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate. Contestants who have originally entered and were eligible at the time of entry may check in with or call the venue secretary no later than 1 hour prior to the performance to confirm their availability and desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and if stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant notifies a turn-out and is replaced by an alternate, the alternate contestant will be responsible for the entry fees. The rodeo will not count toward the official rodeo count for the turned-out contestant. If the contestant that notified the turn-out is not replaced by an alternate, he will be responsible for the entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count. Any non-notified turn-out will be responsible for entry fees and the rodeo will count towards the official rodeo count, even if he is replaced. The alternate will also be responsible for entry fees. If a contestant properly doctor releases, he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used as re-rides prior to using the designated re-ride(s). PAY-OFF: 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked

Contestants are required to go to a minimum of 15 PRCA rodeos for the money won at this even to count towards 2020 World standings or the 2020 Rookie of the Year standings. CONT.: VARIOUS LEGACY STEER ROPING LIBERTY HILL TX NPP APRIL 18-19 LIBERTY HILL LEGACY STEER ROPING ARENA: Harvest Arena ADDRESS: 8355 Rr 1869 PERFS: 2 Perfs: April 18- 9:00 AM; April 19- 1:00 PM EVENTS: SR @ $1 SPECIAL ENTRY FEES: SR-$400 PERMITS: None GROUND RULES: Contestants who choose to enter the Legacy Steer Roping event must be at least 50 years old at the time of entry closing. They must also be entered in the steer roping event at the Liberty Hill Event to be eligible, the contestant must be a card member (no permits) and contestants with no money won must have entered and competed in the steer roping event at a minimum of 7 PRCA rodeos (or events) during the 2019 rodeo year and the 2020 rodeo year combined (as of entry closing time) and also exempt will be any NFSR qualifiers. Contestants will pay additional entry fees of $400. Contestants will not compete on any additional steers. The times that are recorded for the contestant’s competition runs at the Liberty Hill Event will be used to determine the pay-off. Pay-off will only include the entry fees for the contestants who entered the Legacy Steer Roping through PROCOM. 6% will be held out of the total amount for the PRCA prior to the pay-off. Only the four go- rounds and the average after four go-rounds will be included in the pay-off for the Legacy Steer Roping. There will be no additional added money and since no additional animals will be run, there will be no additional stock charge of PROCOM charge. Money won in the Legacy Steer Roping will not count towards PRCA World Standings, circuit standings, All Around standings, or for money won qualifications. It will count towards qualifying for the Legacy Steer Roping Finals held in conjunction with the National Finals Steer Roping.
