CHECK - IN - The check-in deadline for alternates to be considered as “walk-up replacements” at Xtreme Broncs Events is 1 hour prior to start of the event. STOCK DRAW: Stock will be drawn per the rulebook. The event will count towards the official rodeo count for any contestant that turns-out after stock callbacks, whether that contestant is replaced or not. Contestants who qualify for the finals may be requested by the committee to draw their own animal from a hat containing poker chips inscribed with animals’ numbers in the arena or other designated area prior to the finals. This determination may be based on production factors. PAY-OFF - 6% of total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in with results. Of the remaining purse 30% of the total purse will be allocated to the long go-round, pays 8 places. 20% of the total purse will be allocated to the final go- round, pays 6 places. 50% of the total purse will be allocated to the average, pays 8 places. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. Any contestant who advances into a final go-round solely by random draw (no qualified rides) will not be eligible to participate in the average pay-off. Any money won by any contestant in the final go-round will count towards World Standings. NOTE: Money won at Xtreme Broncs Events will count towards X-Broncs Standings which will be used for qualifying for the finale in Rapid City. It will count towards qualification for the 2021 National Finals Rodeo and the 2021 Rookie of the Year Standings, as long as the contestant has entered and competed in a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will not count for Circuit Standings or All Around Standings. X- Broncs events are not applied to the required circuit participation count. STK.
