(slowest time will run first, fastest time will run last). If splits result in more than ten, a random draw will determine which contestants will compete in the performance (will not exceed ten) and which will compete in slack. The order of competition of ties from the first go-round will also be determined by random draw. If there are not ten qualified times from the first go-round to fill the performance, the remaining positions will be filled by contestants based on the reverse order of their first go-round positions (Only contestants who competed in the first go-round will be placed in the performance). The remaining contestants (not placed in the performance) will run their second go-round in slack immediately following the completion of the first go-round in reverse order of their first go- round position. The order of the draw will be the

desire to be an alternate. If selected, an alternate will assume the competition position of the contestant that he is replacing and is stock has been drawn, he will receive the stock drawn by that contestant. If a contestant turns-out (notified or non- notified) or VIR’s he will be responsible to pay entry fees whether he is replaced or not. The alternate contestant will also be responsible to pay entry fees. Also, if a contestant turns-out of an X-Bulls event and is not replaced, he will receive a $250 fine (does not include DR’s and VIR’s). If a contestant properly doctor releases he will not be responsible for entry fees nor will the event be applied to his official rodeo count. RE-RIDES - After all replacements have been made, any remaining available animals that were notified as turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) will be used prior to using the designated re- ride(s). PAY-OFF - 6% of the total purse is to be deducted prior to the pay-off and sent in the with the results. Pay-off will be determined on highest marked scores. ALL PERCENTAGES WILL BE DIVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULEBOOK. NOTE - In order for money won in Xtreme Bulls competition (including Division 2 qualifying events) to count for the 2019 National Finals Rodeo or the 2019 Rookie of the Year Standings, during the 2019 season, a contestant must have entered and competed at a minimum of forty (40) PRCA rodeos. Money won will count for PRCA World Standings and Xtreme Bulls Standings. It will not count for All Around standings, circuit standings or towards a circuit rodeo count. If the next highest ranked contestant is not available to accept the position the next highest ranked contestant may be contacted and placed in that position. This procedure will be followed until all positions are filled. The replacement contestant’s competition order will be based on his ranking in the average (not on the ranking of the contestant that he is replacing). In the riding events, if an animal has already been drawn for a contestant who has turned-out, the replacement contestant will draw an animal from a pool consisting of all animals that have been turned-out (includes DR’s and VIR’s) and the first available designated re-ride . SR - Three go-rounds. The first two go- rounds will be run during slack on July 30 at 8 AM and the third go-round will be run at 2 PM. Extras will be used to replace sick or injured animals. GRACE PERIOD - Will expire one hour after entries close. COMPETITION FORMAT - 40 minimum entries. One go-round. (May be two go- rounds, back to back, same performance depending on the number of entries). If two go-rounds, the number of entries accepted during the re-entry period, will not exceed one half the original limit. CONTESTANT SELECTION FORMULAS DIVISION 2: - 70% top money, - 30% top circuit. NOTIFY PROCOM : Notification must be made at the time of entry if claiming an exemption from qualification. Anyone claiming an exemption must have entered and paid fees at a minimum of twenty (20) PRCA sanctioned rodeos held during the 2018 rodeo year. A contestant will not be accepted as an entry at an X- Bulls Event if he is already placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as the X-Bulls Event. CHECK-IN: Contestants must check-in or notify arena secretary 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Failure to do so will result in an alternate contestant being selected and allowed to compete. ALTERNATES - Only contestants that were drawn out due to qualifications or conflicts will be selected as alternates. Alternates will be selected based on 2019 money won (as of 7 days prior to entry closings). Contestants who are placed in a position at another PRCA rodeo or event on the same day as with the Xtreme Bulls Event will not be eligible to be used as an alternate.
